Clark County Water Reclamation District (CCWRD) Long-term Flow Monitoring

Clark County Water Reclamation District (the District) manages a wastewater collection system for portions of Clark County, Nevada within the Las Vegas Valley, including the Southern portion of the Las Vegas Strip. The collection system consists of more than 2,000 miles of pipeline ranging in diameter from 8″ to 84″, conveying an average of 93 MGD of wastewater to the District’s treatment facilities.

CSL was contracted by the Clark County Water Reclamation District in April of 2014 to perform long term flow monitoring services at 59 locations throughout the County for a minimum time period of 3 years. The data being collected is used to support the operational control of the collection system, assist in the evaulation of available sewer capacity for new projects, and to support the in-house modeling of the CCWRD collection system. Telog’s Enterprise software is being utilized, therefore the CCWRD staff is available to view their data 24/7.

“CSL has always been extremely customer-friendly, and has made it their commitment to not only meet, but exceed my expectations. They have assisted me in providing flow monitoring and data analysis for several projects in the Bucks County Water and Sewerage Authority’s systems over the past several years, and I look forward to working with them for many years to come.”
